The installation of the firefox internet brouser would make no differance whatsoever, either the message was written before 3/5/05 or somone doesn’t have a clue about technology. Most likley the former. if you cannot view it i would suggest getting broadband/ faster broadband, also try de-fragmenting your hard drives and freeing up some space. Alternativly get a computer that is not called Commadore 64.
